All existing queries on the SAICA member portal will be addressed and resolved and do not need to be relogged on the new platform.  All new queries (from 20 October 2025) should please be logged on the new platform (SAICA Training Office Central).  For guidance on how to log a ticket, please refer to this article: How to log a support ticket.
